		<description>These same types of phenomena are happending in Real Estate.  The fact that buyers can go online and find property has completely changed the Real Estate model, and I feel in many ways this is benefiting consumers.  Brokers and agents are now being forced to offer real value, or they will no longer have a business.</description>
